Stride and Strength Fitness offers small group and private Pilates sessions! We are here to help you feel your best, achieve your goals and live life to the fullest.

Pilates is low impact strength training designed to balance your imbalances. Studio sessions with Stevi are designed with the principles of Pilates (breath, centering, concentration, control, precision and flow) while also incorporating athletic, dynamic movements to emphasize strength gains and prevent injuries. Our studio utilizes reformers, chairs, TRX and more. We have everything you need to keep you feeling great and to support all of your endeavors!

Run Packages

Stride and Strength Fitness also offers run coaching with supplemental Studio Pilates. Stevi is an RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) certified run coach and established distance runner with PRs of 1:14 in the half marathon and 2:40 in the marathon. Strength training is vital for any runner. Pilates is a strength training program that also addresses mobility and balances the high impact effects of running. 

Package 1

1 on 1 Online Run Coach (No Pilates)

Personalized online run plan with occasional check-in phone call. Same price for any goal distance. $85 every 4 weeks.

1 on 1 Online Run Coach + 1 Semi-Private In-Studio Pilates Session per week

Personalized online run plan with occasional check-in phone call. This plan also includes 1 in-person Pilates sessions a week at our studio. $175 every 4 weeks.

Package 2

1 on 1 Online Run Coach + 2 Semi-Private In-Studio Pilates Sessions per week

Personalized online run plan with occasional check-in phone call. This plan also includes 2 in-person Pilates sessions a week at our studio. $295 every 4 weeks.

About Me

​Hi! I'm Stevi, a passionate advocate for health and wellness, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with comprehensive training and an RRCA certified run coach. I also have a degree in exercise science and experience as a Division 1 track and field and cross country athlete. As a wife and mom of 2, I still compete in distance running as an elite marathoner. I've discovered that Pilates is the key to my success and longevity in running. It has enhanced the way I feel and move overall. It is my desire to shed light on what Pilates can do for you too!
